We will stretch and strengthen the body, quiet the mind, and uplift the spirit. Yoga has innate powers to help us overcome fear. We can choose to free ourselves from reactivity and judgment while exploring what is possible when we let go of self imposed limitations. When we practice from our place of power, our lives are enriched with peacefulness, acceptance, gratitude, and compassion. When you take the power out of your environment and put it back inside yourself, the practice becomes a joyful exploration of your authentic self and personal evolution. This heightened state of awareness enhances everything you do. In this two and a half hour workshop we will pay special attention to quieting the mind, allowing space and freedom to reach our full potential.
