Join us for a day of deep yoga, sound healing, meditation, and conscious gathering at serene and peaceful Green Gulch Farm in Muir Beach. We’ll begin the morning with a soulfully energizing Vinyasa practice with mantra and meditation led by Estee. Spend the early afternoon exploring the grounds and coastal surroundings. A vegetarian farm to table lunch will be served midday. Our time together is complete with Yoga Nidra and sound healing led by Cindy.
Space is limited. Preregistration is required.
Some experience with active yoga practice is recommended. Please bring your own yoga mat and an eye cover (mask, scarf, or towel) for Yoga Nidra.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund of your payment (less any payment processing fees) if the space can be filled by someone else by October 10th. No refunds will be given after October 10th, nor for failure to attend or complete the retreat. If the retreat is cancelled due to a pandemic or natural disaster, you will receive a credit towards a future retreat.
