April 9 to 12, 2026
Thursday to Sunday
Sonoma, California
with Cindy Meiri
Harmonize with the rhythm of the season in body, mind, and spirit.
Join a warm circle of women for this deeply restorative and soul nourishing retreat in the heart of Northern California wine country. As nature begins to bloom around us, this long weekend invites you to soften, realign, and return to your inner rhythm with clarity, calm, and authentic connection.
Spring is a sacred season of renewal, rebirth, and rebalancing. It’s a time to awaken gently, to let go of the sluggishness of winter, and to tend to what’s growing within.
Whether you’re craving stillness, joy, clarity, or inspiration, you’ll find space for all of it here.
Nestled in the rolling hills of Sonoma, Westerbeke Ranch is a soulful oasis, warm, welcoming, and quietly magical. From beautifully kept cabins to vibrant gardens and hidden nooks to enjoy nature, the land invites you to breathe deeper and slow down. Delicious, nourishing meals are crafted with care (and fully accommodate dietary needs), and the kind staff make you feel instantly at ease. It’s the kind of place that feels like home the moment you arrive. Optional acupuncture/ acupressure with Dr Haemin Cho and massage therapy sessions with Westerbeke practitioners are available to help support the healing experience.
This spring, give yourself the gift of deep restoration, meaningful connection, and space to simply be.
This retreat is for you if:
You desire space to slow down and listen inward
You long to feel more grounded, clear, and at ease
You want to connect with like-hearted women in a meaningful, supportive way
