Join us for a day of deep yoga, sound healing, meditation, and conscious gathering at serene and peaceful Green Gulch Farm Zen Center in Muir Beach.

We’ll begin the morning with a soulfully energizing Vinyasa practice with mantra and meditation led by Estee.

An organic vegetarian farm-to-table lunch will be served midday.

Spend the early afternoon exploring the grounds and coastal surroundings with an optional hike to Muir Beach.

Our time together is complete with Yoga Nidra and sound healing led by Cindy.

Space is limited and preregistration is required.

Some experience with active yoga practice is recommended.

Please bring your own yoga mat and an eye cover (mask, scarf, or towel) for Yoga Nidra. Other yoga props are provided.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund of your payment (less any payment processing fees) if the space can be filled by someone else by October 28th. No refunds will be given after October 28th, nor for failure to attend or complete the retreat.

Your registration for the retreat signifies agreement with the cancellation policy. Because this experience requires significant planning and upfront costs, no exceptions can be made. 

Trip insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen changes. Thank you for understanding and taking care of yourself in this way.
