Join Estee Fletter and Cindy Meiri for this weekend retreat of balance and connection as we gather in community with like minded and hearted women just outside of the beautiful town of Sonoma. Bask in the light of longer days, relish warmer nights, and joyfully engage in the present moment. The rolling grassland, stately oak trees, and undeniable natural beauty of Westerbeke Ranch provide the ideal setting for connecting and restoring our vitality.

With ample time to reconnect and restore, we will ease into intentional living, enjoying the tranquil surroundings of Sonoma County, extended yoga and meditation practice, delicious artfully prepared meals, swimming, hot tubbing, optional massage onsite plus wine tasting at local wineries, and quality time with friends and loved ones.

Check in is 4pm on Friday July 19th

Check out of rooms is 10am on Sunday July 21st

Retreat begins with yoga and opening circle at 5:00pm on Friday July 19th followed by dinner and free time.

Saturday includes:

Sunday includes breakfast, morning Vinyasa practice with meditation, lunch and departures by 2pm.

* A negative COVID-19 test taken within the 24 hours before the start of the retreat is required.

Accommodations

All rates are per person

Early rates through April 19, rates increase by $100 after.

Yurts

Yurts have two beds, heated mattress pads, space heater, and shared indoor bathrooms with showers.

Double $995 early / $1095 after April 19

Cabin Rooms

Redwood cabins are nestled among the trees and gardens. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and entrance.

If you are traveling on your own and want to share a room, we will do our best to match you with a roommate(s). If we are unable to match you with a roommate(s), a single or double supplement will be applied to your final balance.

Meals

Our weekend retreat includes fresh, local, delicious, nutritious, sustainable and hand-made meals. The chefs at Westerbeke are of the highest caliber—artists in their own right. And our guests are a little bit spoiled. Creative alternatives are offered to satisfy specific diets.

Payment Details

A non-refundable/ non-transferable deposit of $350 is required to book your spot or you may choose to pay in full now.

Full payment is due by April 19, 2024 to receive the early registration rate. Rates increase by $100 after April 19th.

Health & Liability Waiver

All participants are required to sign a health & liability waiver in order to attend this retreat.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommend. Purchasing travel insurance helps to mitigate any unexpected circumstances such as medical issues prior to traveling or while traveling, last minute flight cancellations or personal issues that might affect your trip. Participants have found great rates and policies through Travel Guard.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund of your payment (minus non-refundable/ non-transferable deposit and any transaction fees) if the space can be filled by someone else by April 19th. No refunds will be given after April 19th, nor for failure to attend or complete the retreat. If the retreat is cancelled due to a pandemic or natural disaster, you will receive a credit towards a future retreat.
